Step	Description
1	Ensure that water service can be shut off
2	Remove any old equipment or piping from the system
3	Prepare the inlet and outlet stub-ups in accordance with the dimensions on the approved shop drawing supplied with your order.
4	Ensure that stub-up flanges are smooth, flat and aligned properly
5	Ensure that stub up center-line dimensions are within 1/4" of the approved shop drawing supplied with your order
6	Ensure that the stub-up flanges are level and are parallel with each other within AWWA Standards
7	Make sure that the flow direction is easily identifiable.
8	Take your meter reading just before installation.
